Fully functional release of Pg::snapshot 0.4.1. Besides support for ON PREBUILT TABLE and FAST/COMPLETE refreshes on PG/ORACLE, it has COMPLETE refreshes over SYBASE, ODBC, FreeTDS (SQL Server) and MySQL. Now supporting PostGIS datatypes.

Third fix for the second release of PostgreSQL::snapshot. This release has support for ON PREBUILT TABLE feature which works with FAST, COMPLETE or FORCE refreshes!

Second fix for the second release of PostgreSQL::snapshot. This release has support for ON PREBUILT TABLE feature which works with FAST, COMPLETE or FORCE refreshes!

Fixed critical bug:
[#1004489] BASE_SCHEMA not working and thus essential driver functions are not found

and some minor fixes.

Fixed bug(s):
[#1000716] database name is hardcoded
[#1000727] Incorrect syntax for create_dblink on USAGE docs
[#1000728] "create snapshot" is not working and is reporting a perl error regarding on prebuilt table

and some minor fixes.
