PL/Lua 0.3 released!

Many enhancements and new features in this release! Many thanks to Marko Kreen for the patches, regression tests, and valuable suggestion and discussions!

Changes:
- Added check for function body changes
- Added raw datum support and "fromstring" function
- Added server.rows and plan:rows() SPI functions
- Added regression tests
- Added type caching
- Updated docs
- Some small bug fixes

PL/Lua 0.2 released

This new release adds a few facilities and mostly fixes bugs. Thanks for David Fetter, Nagy Gabriel, and Yura Sokolov for the suggestions, patches, and comments!

Changes:
- Keep package table in pllua
- Added pllua_validator
- trigger.old now holds old row in upvalue before row operation triggers
- Improved Makefile
- pllua.init table is now optional
- Use '...' as argument if any argname is missing in function declarations.

PL/Lua 0.1 released!
