The hero of this release is Dmitriy V'jukov who uncovered nasty bug in logtriga C extension module. This has already made open-sourcing the codebase worthwhile.

Then here's update to walmgr and updates to add-on scripts,
which were not updated to newer API. Seems it was last fallout
from reorg, and now it can be taken on broader testing.
