pgScript is now part of pgAdmin. You can download and compile them from the pgAdmin Subversion server. For detailed instructions you can check the pgAdmin website:

Use the pgadmin-hackers mailing-list or bug tracker for feature or bug fix requests about pgScript.
As a result, pgscript-1.0-beta-3 is the last version available on this project page. Please check the pgAdmin page for updated versions from now.
