New Features / changes in 2.2
- add table size and index size statistics
- add primary keys (for better performance)
- add support for contrib module pg_stat_statements (from 8.4)
- add internal pgstatspack version information
- add reverse snapid order in pgstatspack_report.sh snapid choice
