pg_statsinfo 2.4.0 is released.

changing point from 2.3.x is
- Support for PG9.2
- Collect new statistics
- Amount of WAL
- Memory usage in OS
- Road Average in OS
- more detail statistics of autovacuum(only of PG9.2)
- etc...
- auto postgresql-log arrange function
- set number of collect SQL in using pg_stat_statement
- improve availability(for HA database cluster)
- improve report output
