Project:NSS and PAM Modules

The Postgresql NSS library has a new release.

Enchancements in this version are:
* The protection against sqlinjections (PQexecParams)
* errno is set correctly for under sized buffer
* bugfixes for shadow queries that did not have an interface to nss. You can call these functions now.
