Summary:pg_proboscis 1.0 released
Project:Python

1.0 has hit. ``easy_install pg_proboscis-1.0`` to install. It is incompatible with 0.9 and 0.1, but API stability is now guaranteed; only *incremental* changes will take place in addition to bug fixes. Notably, pg_foundation(pgsql basics), pg_typical(binary type conversions), pg_pqueue(PQ 3.0 protocol implementation), pg_greentrunk(API spec) all hit 1.0 with it.

For those that do not know about the project, pg_proboscis is a pure-Python driver/interface for PostgreSQL. More information at http://python.projects.postgresql.org/
