Npgsql Team is pleased to announce another release candidate.

This release fixes some critical bugs users were having with Notification and when establishing concurrent connections.

Hi Lewis. Thanks for heads up. I already updated a release notes to be downloaded on files section. Sorry for that, I fixed my packaging procedure to not allow that to happen again.

I downloaded the MS 1.1 and 2.0 binaries, the file releasenotes.txt has not been updated... it only contains the changes up to RC2.
