This patch is for PostgreSQL-7.4.19 in order to create PGCluster-1.1.2rc9.

ATTENTION:
Never mix other PGCluster packages with this version. 
It might not work as your expectation.

This version was fixed following bug. 

(1)Cluster DB might die when all replication servers are killed or disconnected.
