This removes many pg_migrator restrictions.

o Remove restriction of migrating user-defined array/composite/enum types when migrating to PG 8.5 or later o Set autovacuum_freeze_max_age to its maximum, rather than compare values o Allow --check mode to be run while the old server is still running
