File Release Notes and Changelog

PGCluster-1.1.2rc4 is a synchronous replication system using PostgreSQL-7.4.11. This is a Release Candidate version 4. You can use this patch for PostgreSQL7.4.11.

(1) pgbench can be used. (2) pg_dump is not required replication server by default.
