  = Fixes =

  * Server parameter cache could stay uninitialized, which caused
    unnecessary SET of them.  This caused problem on 8.1 which
    does not allow touching standard_conforming_strings.

  * Some doc fixes.
  * Include doc/fixman.py in .tgz.
