File Release Notes and Changelog

This is the first release of pglesslog which reduces archive log size by replacing full page writes with corresponding incremental logs. This works with PostgreSQL 8.3beta3 with Heikki's recent B-tree bug fix, which can be found at http://archives.postgresql.org/pgsql-bugs/2007-11/msg00203.php. For more details, please take a look at README in the release material.
