tsWebEditor 20050925 released

This release contains an updated SQL Designer. Now it supports all important database objects like tables, views, indexes, primary keys, unique and check constraints, foreign keys, triggers and stored procedures. Supported database is PostgreSQL. MySQL will follow soon.
