Orafce 3.0.0 Released
The goal of orafce project is to implemente some functions from Oracle database. Some date functions, string functions and some module packages are implemented now. In 3.0, functions listed below are newly added and compatibility of existing functions are much improved.
Orafce in Debian
Packages for orafce are now available in Debian unstable.
Orafce rpm's are available
Devrim's rpm packages for orafce 2.1.1 are available. They are compiled for PostgreSQL 8.2 and Fedora 7.
New minor version Orafce
2.1.1 compiles and runs on PostgreSQL 8.1.8, 8.2.3, and CVS HEAD.

Oracle function 2.0 Beta
2.0 is big step. Now we have more than one hundred functions in several packages: plvdate (business calendar's functions, plvstr and plvchr (comfortable string functions), dbms_pipe and dbms_alert (intersessions comunication).

Oracle Interface version 1.1. released
This module contains basic Oracle date functions. Now true emulation of packege rdbms_output, table dual, and functions nvl, nvl2 and concat too.
0.8 version released
This version has the correct functions trunc and round for the date data type. All functions was compared with Oracle 10g syntax.
