[Conference-attendees] Important Last-Minute Information

Attendees:

REGISTRATION will be open from 2pm on Friday to at least 7pm in the 
lobby of the International Living Center on Ryerson Campus (across from 
Pittman Hall where many of you are staying).

INTERNET ACCESS from your rooms in Pittman Hall or the International 
Living Center is complimentary of the conference, regardless of what any 
staff tell you.   However, it is WIRED access and thus requires an 
ethernet cable.  If you have not brought a ethernet cable with you, they 
are sold in the Ryerson campus bookstore.  If you have trouble getting 
on the internet in your room, tell the front desk staff that you are 
with the PostgreSQL conference and make sure they have your room number.

There will be a T-SHIRT AUCTION of a conference t-shirt signed by the 
speakers on Saturday night.  The auction will be cash only, with half 
the proceeds to go to the PostgreSQL fund at SPI, and the other half to 
go to the World Wildlife Fund's African Elephant Programme.
