PostgreSQL Community Members:
Less than two months to go! You are receiving this e-mail because you are
registered to attend the PostgreSQL Anniversary. This list will be used only
for important conference announcements, so please do not unsubscribe. If you
have a question about anything posted here, please contact
conference-info at pgfoundry.org, rather than hitting "reply."
Please read this entire e-mail, it contains important information.
CONFERENCE PAYMENT: Several of you have not yet paid your registration fee,
but are not speakers or sponsors. In some cases, this is because you were
waiting for our new credit card site. Please pay your registration fee (or
at least contact us) by MAY 31st, or your registration may be cancelled to
make room for other attendees. http://conference.postgresql.org/Payment
LETTERS OF INVITATION: if you requested a letter of invitation, and have not
yet received it, it is either because we did not get your request or did not
receive full information from you. If you still need a Letter of Invitation
to obtain your Visa, please e-mail conference-info at pgfoundry.org with the
following information immediately:
Full name (what it says on their passport)
Date of birth
Current address and phone
Planned arrival date
Planned departure date
Where they're staying
If you do NOT send that complete information, we will not send you a Letter.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Summer is tourist season in Toronto, and the hotels are
filling up. If you are planning to attend the Anniversary, you should have
already booked your accommodations. If not, do it immediately!

CONFERENCE FULL: You'll notice that the conference has CLOSED general
registration due to being "full up." If you registered early, but are
having second thoughts about your ability to get to Toronto, please contact
us so that we can give your spot to another community member. We have a
waiting list!
Thanks, and I look forward to seeing you all in Toronto, July 8th.
