If you are just making the initial release, I would rather you just send 
me the files and I'll commit them. If you are also going to be 
maintaining them (i.e. - making changes, accepting bug reports and 
handling them), I'll contact the pgfoundry support team and ask what the 
procedure is for giving you commit access to the "tests" repository but 
not the "oledb" repository.

What are the tests we don't pass? I have to say that I'm impressed by 
402 out of 463.
