[Oledb-dev] port pointing (FAQ requested)

Good day.

I   know   that   nobody   likes  write  complete documentation  for non-qualified users. 
Me too :) But I need more detailed info then contains README...

Tell  me  please  how  I  must  point port  of server in "data source" property?  For  example I have PostgreSQL 8.0.3 under W2K3 server with IP 192.168.65.1 listen on port 4004.
I try to access to it from another host... And "test connection" (in udl file editor) fails and reports about "unknown couse".
