[Oledb-dev] Updatable Recordset plans ?

Hi everybody

The company I'm working for is interested in a PostgreSQL OLEDB provider
with updatable recordset.

I have experience in C++ programming (inluding MFC and ATL) but I don't
know how to
implement a OLEDB provider nor do I know libpq.

I read some articles in the mailinglist archive about the strategy how
to implement an updatable
provider.

Is there a more concrete strategy (plan) ?
Are there any plans for an implementation ?
Who has experience and can help to implement it ?
(Can anyone guess how long it would take to implement an updatable
recordset ?)
