I use the instructions at http://pgfoundry.org/scm/?group_id=1000085,
and they seem to work.

Did you make sure that you are not behind a firewall blocking port 2401?

Yes, but you absolutely have to subscribe in order to post. Most of the
non-subscriber's email I get there is junk, and I don't bother reading
the emails asking for confirmation any more.
