[Oledb-dev] Provider question

Gents,
sorry for silence - I've been busy baby-sitting lately. Apparently
ATL_TRACE_CATEGORY
was removed from ATL since VC6. I checked the theory in VS2003 and 2005. I
guess we can safely remove it as well. As for GetSize, it was renamed to
GetCount after VC6. I do not like the idea to have both functions defined in
CPgVirtualArray class due to maintenance reasons unless we decide to support
both VC6 and later development environments.
I've read the posts over the last 6-7 months and got some
impressions about missing features/issues. I'm going to repro some of
them first.
