Yes, but I have previous, 1.1, version of the book.
Shachar, do you want to review changes I made to the pgoledb for
IRowsetLocate, etc.? I guess we need to test the changes together before
making them public. Best test IMO will be an application with DataGrid using
server cursor. I can develop that extensive test app. What you think?
