[Oledb-dev] Is it time for 1.0.0.20?

Shachar,
I thought I sent a second diff after, then you replied that it caused some
compile issues. Anyway, after several days of not working on it I tested it
yesterday and found that there are some issues that I did not notice
initially (CreateAccessor did not work for some queries). Let us not
check-in that code until I find solution to that issue.
