[Oledb-dev] oledb installation problems

I am running Windows XP Pro, sp2

I downloaded the PostgreSQL oledb provider. put PGOLEDB.DLL and 
LIBPQ.DLL into c:\windows\system and ran regsvr32 PGOLEDB.DLL - which 
said 'registration succeeded'.

Then I went into Data Sources (ODBC) and tried to add a system dsn for a 
postgreSQL database. But there are no pg drivers listed. What the heck?

Did I do something wrong?
