I am sorry to hear that the support you received is not up to your

Just so you do not claim your questions are left unanswered, postgresql
does not support output parameters per se. It uses output parameters as
aliases for a complex return type.

One way or the other, PgOleDb does not support output parameters at the
moment, in whatever form.
