[Pgcluster-general] Questions about installing

I'm trying to do a test install of pgCluster with an RPM installed
version of PostgreSQL.

In the configure file for pgCluster, there are two variables

ac_default_prefix=/usr/local/pgsql
ac_default_prefix=/usr/local

I presume that these are supposed to point to where PostgreSQL is
already installed e.g. /var/lib and /var/lib/pgsql on my server?

I'm a bit unclear about this, I wonder if anyone can help.
