Not yet that I know of.

No, it is not the same as PGCluster. 

Based on my project plan, I will release RPMs on Mar 7. They will be
very close to PostgreSQL RPMs.

PGCluster is not an add-on software like Slony-I. PGCluster is a patch
against PostgreSQL source. That means, it is a replacement for your
PostgreSQL installation.
