[Pgsqlrpms-hackers] About libpq

Hi,

I've built 8.0.2 RPMs and intended to upgrade two of my boxes.

Since new libpq version is 4, it seems that we'll break many dependencies.

- Is there a way to solve that, instead of using --nodeps?
- What about linking libpq.so.4 to libpq.so.3, so that other softwares 
will not complain?

Himm, maybe it's more than an RPM issue, I'm not sure.
