Summary:
Wrong sql generation for EF6 commands which contain boolean constants

Detailed description
In VisitedExpression.WriteSql boolean types are handled in the same way as strings, that's why boolean constants are inserted in the generated sql with a prepended "E". For example instead of "IsVisible" = TRUE we will obtain "IsVisible" = ETRUE which will generate an error.
