Summary:
Sequence / serial field not in Insert command

Detailed description
Hello,

I have just tested Npgsql 1.0 with our project, which was designed with Npgsql 0.7 and I have experienced the following problem:

We explicitly assign values to serial columns (with sequence default value) in the program and the command builder does not use these columns in insert command. We assign sequence values by hand because it makes things easier when we need to distribute such values across many DataTables for referential integrity before saving changes to db.

I have found topic
http://pgfoundry.org/tracker/?func=detail&group_id=1000140&aid=1000400&atid=590

Where this feature was requested but I think that NpgsqlCommandBuilder should include the serial column in the insert command (when the row has a value for it) or it should at least provide mechanism for switching between these behaviours.

Thank you for the answer

Best regards,
Martin Susil
