Summary:
Skip/Ignore duplicate keyed rows

Detailed description
Often the data files being bulk loaded may contain rows that were loaded in a previous pass (e.g., the data file is being generated nightly from another database without consideration for previous runs). The resultant primary key violation that results from subsequent load attempts of said rows immediately terminates the job leaving the remainder of the data file unloaded. Would it be possible to add a "skip-dupes" or "ignore-dupes" option that would enable the offending rows to be logged as with other conflicting rows and allow processing to continue?
