Using Resource file in NUnit20 test suite.
Detailed description
Some test cases fail just because they use hardcoded string for message, however, the message are in resource file with locale sense. To make the test case pass, I create a patch to use resource file.
The patch will affect 3 files:
BaseClassTests.cs
CommandTests.cs
ConnectionTests.cs
And 2 more resource file added:
BaseClassTests.resx
BaseClassTests.zh-CN.resx
