Summary:
Support for <table>%ROWTYPE as Return Type of Stored Procedures

Detailed description
In order to use a <table>%ROWTYPE returned by a stored procedure, you need to state the structure (columns) of the %ROWTYPE in the select statement calling the procedure. However, when using the CommandType = StoredProcedure and CommandText = <procedure> properties, there's currently no way to give the column structure to the NpgsqlCommand object.
