Summary:
allow identifier for CLUSTER command

Detailed description
CLUSTER currently requires a single-quoted string or a function call. In SQL/MED, a cluster name is primarily dealt with as an identifier, so it would be useful if CLUSTER supported that as well. Should be a simple change in the parser.

It's not terribly important. But I figure someone new who is coming to PL/Proxy with only a SQL/MED background would be confused about the syntax difference. Even I have made the mistake accidentally.

I agree there is potential confusion with the function call. I don't know what the best answer is.

PL/Proxy allows cluster name to be function call. Supporting also raw ident there seems confusing.

And why does SQL/MED syntax matter in pl/proxy function body? In case you want to use pl/proxy core to implement some sql/med feature, you need to create your own parser anyway.

(ps. sorry for delayed answer, but pgfoundry does not send me mails if any new items appear in tracker...)
